Dr. Ammu Ruby
Principal DentistDr. Ammu Ruby also graduated from the University of Queensland dental school (it’s the place to be!). Melbourne was home for Ammu so she quickly returned because obviously, AFL > rugby. Ammu’s main passion is seeing kids of all ages. She has a real knack to make them feel comfortable and get them excited about their future dental visits.
Another one of her strengths is removing teeth. She prefers to save teeth where possible, but if it needs to come out, she’s the go-to dentist.
Outside of dentistry, Ammu loves to spend time with her family & 2 kids but she is also a keen dancer and often performs at functions as part of a dance group so it keeps her fit to take out any pesky teeth. Although be warned, Ammu goes for the Bombers, so she may refuse to see any Collingwood supporters!
Dr. Bruno Lim
Principal DentistDr Bruno Lim is a graduate of the University of Queensland Dental School. He grudgingly gave up the Queensland sunshine and made the move down a while ago and now is a true Melburnian! Bruno’s main interests lie in complex dental treatment plans including implants, clear aligners (Invisalign) and root-canals. He is great with patients and really spends the time going through everything to make sure you’re happy!
Outside of work, Bruno loves eating out and is a real Lego Star Wars geek (unfortunately having 2 kids means this is no longer possible). If you have a keen eye, you might spot some of his Lego collections around the clinic!
Dr. Erwin Khoo
DentistDr. Erwin Khoo graduated with Honours from the University of Queensland. Despite thoroughly enjoying a few years working in regional Queensland and along the New South Wales Tweed Coast, he is glad to be back home in Melbourne.
Erwin values the privilege of looking after his patients’ dental health, and believes strongly in the importance of equipping them with the required information so they can make a decision which is best for them. He is particularly interested in the preventative and restorative aspects of dentistry and regularly attends courses to keep up-to-date with the exciting, fast-evolving world of dentistry.
When not practising dentistry, Erwin is involved in his local church and enjoys playing the piano and cello, and is working to improve his (questionable) drumming skills too!
Dr. Rochelle Lim
DentistDr Rochelle Lim graduated from James Cook University in Queensland. She has previously been practicing in Tasmania and is excited to return home to Melbourne.
Rochelle strives to ensure that her patients feel at ease at dental visits, tailoring each treatment to the individual’s needs. She loves working with children and teaching them the benefits of good brushing habits from a young age. Rochelle has been involved in oral health promotion programs at various primary schools and is a certified Invisalign (invisible braces) provider.
Outside of work, Rochelle enjoys playing the keyboard at church, keeping active at the gym and exploring Melbourne’s food culture.
Dr. Daniella Lee
DentistDr. Daniella Lee was born and raised in Melbourne. She graduated from La Trobe University and has spent much of her time in rural Victoria, but had since relocated to be closer to her home in Melbourne.
Daniella is great with our anxious patients and children, as she is gentle and approachable. She has a keen interest in airways and sleep, and in particular how problems in these areas can be identified, prevented or treated by dentists! Daniella is also fluent in Korean as much as she hates to admit!
Outside of the dental world, Daniella enjoys cooking (but enjoys the eating part more), exercising and planning her upcoming wedding. She is an overprotective dog-mum to her white mini bordoodle, and probably knows the A-Z of all things dog related!
