All transcriptions are reviewed by our qualified clinicians for accuracy and compliance with applicable privacy laws. Telephone calls with our team may be recorded for quality assurance, training and service improvement. Recordings are stored securely and used only for these purposes, in line with applicable privacy laws.
Our premises are monitored by closed-circuit television (CCTV) for the safety and security of patients, staff and property. CCTV footage is stored securely and used only for security purposes, in line with applicable privacy laws.
While we endeavour to send courtesy reminders, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your appointment time. We require 48 hours’ notice for any changes to appointments. Failure to give adequate notice may result in a fee.
