There are 3 types of Zip accounts – Zip Pay, Zip Plus and Zip Money
Zip Pay requires:

- Verification of your mobile number
- Facebook, Paypal or LinkedIn account in your name

Zip Plus requires:
- Can be upgraded from Zip Pay to Zip Plus
- Your Zip Pay account will be closed

Zip Money has a significantly higher limit and as such requires additional information over Zip Pay:
- Residential and employment status
- Income & other resources to meet loan repayments
- Transaction history via an online bank account

Zip is a line of credit – a credit check may be performed
You may be required to pre-approve the Zip ‘order’ prior to your dental visit
Once approved, you are ready for your appointment!

Zip offers interest-free options, though account fees may apply depending on your plan. All costs are clearly outlined during the application process so there are no unexpected surprises.
How do I use Zip at Cranbourne North Dental?
Once approved, you can use your Zip account to pay for your treatment just like a credit or debit card. Simply let our reception team know you’d like to pay with Zip, and we’ll process it via our EFTPOS terminal.
You may need to approve larger payments via the app on your phone.
How do I apply for Zip?
Applying is quick and can be done online or via the Zip app. You’ll need to provide some personal and financial details for approval. In many cases, you’ll receive a decision instantly, allowing you to book your treatment straight away.
